Cancelation Policy

Please kindly allow at least 2 Business Days prior to canceling/ rescheduling your preventative appointments such as cleaning and periodontal maintenance therapies. A $100 late cancellation/ rescheduling fee will be incurred if less than 2 Business Day notice is given for your preventative appointment. If you have a treatment appointment and cancel/reschedule within 2 Business Days of your scheduled appointment, the late cancellation / rescheduling fee will be 20% value of that scheduled treatment. If there are 2 consecutive cancellations within 2 days of your appointments with our practice, we will have to place you on our ASAP list where our practice will contact you once there is an available appointment to take care of your dental needs.
